Thank you for your response. ✨

For questions that don’t apply simply enter NONE. Some questions have NONE already entered but just overwrite NONE with your own entry where appropriate.

Please indicate all times your choir is available over the weekend; the more flexible your choir is the more chance you have of selection. Refer to the program above for session times.
There is an opportunity to give more specific information later.

Sessions available(required)

SECTION 1. YOUR CHOIR

In this section, please enter likely number of singers, where you are based (location), your choir’s website and/or Facebook address. For the number of singers, enter the likely maximum number you anticipate singing (eg enter 25 instead of 20-25). This can be changed at any time but helps with programming.

For the website and/or Facebook address, ignore the leading https//: or www. For example, Christine would simply type heathenschoir.org for the Heathens Choir website.

SECTION 2. MUSICAL DIRECTOR

SECTION 3. CONTACT PERSON

Ignore this section if there is no separate contact person.

SECTION 4. MUSIC

List any Accompanist(s) using this format: Christine Wheeler (guitar), Mick O’Neill (piano)

In just a few words describe the style of music your choir will sing.

Next let us know if you require anything specifically for your performance.

Requirement(required)

SECTION 5. AVAILABILITY

You can provide specific information below about your availability over the weekend (eg times your MD is unavailable, choristers singing with another choir).

SECTION 6. CHOIR BIO

Provide a description of your choir for the website and other publicity. See the 2025 choirs webpage for examples of choir descriptions. We suggest you include where and when you rehearse if you’re interested in gaining new members.

Note that most choirs provide a photo of their choir once selected to participate.

Do not hit the carriage return or move to the next question until typing your complete description:

Note. We will be photographing performances for our archives and for future publicity. Photos will be made available to you soon after the Festival. We generally do not make audio recordings.

The public may also wish to take photos of your choir during your performance; we will request no flash photography, and video recording by the public only with your consent.

When you Submit your registration you accept that your choir will be photographed. If there is an issue with this, please let us know below.
