Explanatory notes

All choirs are offered a 40-minute warm-up/rehearsal time and location, with plenty of time to move to “Green Room” of your performance venue. If you choose not to use this warm-up opportunity, please let us know so that the Rehearsal Venue Manager knows not to chase you up.

For those singing in Phillips Hall, you should move from your rehearsal venue to Bates Hall using the entrance to Bates off the park.

For those performing in Gardners Inn, you should move to the back of the dining room just to the left of the entrance doorway off the Great Western Highway.

For those singing in the Blackheath Golf Club we have only two spaces we can use. There is a large meeting room inside the Club accessed by walking between the dining room and the bar and this is where two choirs will warm up and all choirs will assemble before singing. The second area is a large storage room (with toilets) below the main clubhouse which is labelled “Golf Club SR” in the table below.

Your possessions can be left in the Green Room during your performance (we have security volunteers there at all times). The Choir Wrangler will organise you and indicate how and when to process onto your stage.

In the table below we’ve simply used Uniting Hall to describe the Hall at the back of the Church. Use the entrance door halfway down the right-hand side of the Church to access both Church and Church Hall.

The Presbyterian Hall is a building separate to and left of the Presbyterian Church. See the Venue location maps webpage for the location of the performance and rehearsal venues.
